Reko Diq Mining Company, a subsidiary of Barrick Gold Corporation, is recruiting a high-caliber team of individuals for the development of its outstanding, world-class mining project – the Reko Diq copper-gold mine in Balochistan.
Position: HR Officer
- Department: Human Resources
- Location: Karachi Office
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist role
- Requirements:
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Oracle).
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- High attention to detail and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and medical screenings.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Support employee inquiries and assist with performance management and engagement initiatives.
Position: HR Officer

- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in HR systems administration or a similar role.
- Requirements:

- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- High attention to detail and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Responsibilities:
- Oversee HRIS management, employee lifecycle processes, and contractor administration.
- Provide system support, compliance enforcement, and assistance with HR projects and policy implementation.
Position: Data Analyst
- Department: Human Resources
- Location: Karachi Office
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in HR data analysis, HRIS, or related roles.
- Requirements:
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Oracle).
- Strong command on MS Excel, Power BI etc.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- High attention to detail and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Responsibilities:
- Manage, analyze, and report HR data to ensure accuracy.
- Support strategic decision-making and enhance HR processes while ensuring compliance and data confidentiality.
