Title: Assistant/Jr. Manager Accounts

Job Summary:

Jr. Manager Accounts supports the finance department in managing accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance. Reporting to the CFO, this role involves assisting with bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial analysis.

Qualification and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
At least 1-2 years of experience in accounting or related areas.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data and reporting.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are advantageous.
Experience in the agriculture or agribusiness sector is beneficial.

Title: Manager Finance

Job Summary:

Manager Finance leads the finance department in managing financial operations, budgeting, and reporting. Reporting to the CFO/Company secretary, this role involves leads and develop financial documents, planning, and compliance activities (internal and external).

Qualification and Experience:
1: Master degree in Accounting, Finance or ACCA / CA.
2:At least 5-7 years of experience in finance, accounting or leading finance department of any mid size organization
3:Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
4:Proficiency in financial analysis, modeling, and reporting.
5:Excellent analytical and communication skills.
6:Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data and reporting.
7:Ability to lead teams and financial projects.
8:Experience in the agriculture or agribusiness sector is beneficial.
