Responsibilities:

Preparation & updation of policies & procedural manuals related to Compliance.
Preparation of Annual Compliance Risk Assessment, Compliance Activity Plan & its follow-up with stake holders on monthly status of Compliance Activity Plan.
Coordinate with stakeholders for implementation of Group Directives, Conduct Gap Analysis of new Compliance directives and local regulations with respect to existing policy & procedures.
Assist in preparation of Contest Points, Responses & ensure Compliance of SBP Inspection Observations related to Projects.
Prepare Compliance Performance review report for the BoD meeting.
Preparation for BRCC, MCC and compliance off-site meetings.
Assist in follow-up on MCC / BR&CC / GIA Action items.
Coordinate with L&D, HRD on Trainings, e-learning Modules, etc.
Preparation & issuance of Monthly Compliance Corner.
Implementation of Cross Border Policy and monitoring of call reports prepared by branches.
Coordination & Reporting of ICFR testing to Internal Control Unit.
Prepare ad-hoc presentations and MIS reports requested by the Head of Compliance.

We’re looking for a Senior Officer, Enterprise Compliance Risk Management – Governance & Control, to join our team in Islamabad.

𝐄𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲:

•Minimum Bachelor’s, preferably Master’s degree from HEC recognised institute; ACCA-qualified candidates will be preferred
•At least 2 years of relevant professional experience
•Understanding of SBP regulations for commercial banking
•Experience in regulatory repository maintenance, conducting RCSAS, and identification of KRIs
