Job Description:
- Assist in developing and updating the new product development process.
- Support commercialization of new food products.
- Collaborate with supply chain, sales, marketing, and quality teams.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and product opportunities.
- Assist in defining product vision, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate with vendors on packaging selection and delivery.
- Support quality control activities.
- Collaborate with the creative team for packaging design and artwork.
- Assist in managing the product lifecycle and making improvements.
- Monitor inventory levels for raw materials and packaging.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
Skills & Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in the relevant field (FMCG).
- Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of food safety and regulatory standards is a plus.
