Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Lead and oversee all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and compliance.
- Foster a positive organizational culture and drive initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.
- Provide strategic direction on organizational development and change management initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to address HR-related issues and provide expert guidance on best practices.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform HR strategies and decision-making processes.
- Mentor and develop the HR team to enhance their skills and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- PhD or MS
- Foreign Degree will be preferred
Experience:
- Minimum 10-15 years of relevant experience
