Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field
Experience: 10+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
Job Responsibilities
1)- Develop and implement engineering strategies aligned with plant production goals.
2)- Manage plant maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
3)- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
4)- Lead and manage the engineering team, fostering innovation and collaboration.
5)- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive plant performance.
6)- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
7)- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
8)- Plan and execute capital projects, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
9)- Collaborate with external vendors and contractors.
10)- Ensure plant safety and compliance with OSHA regulations.
11)- Manage engineering budget and costs.
