Looking for an experienced candidate to be a part of HNMPL After-Sales Technical Support Team. The ideal candidate will look after the Warranty operations, which include warranty claims validation, warranty process trainings and manage warranty failed parts store in all respects. He / She shall provide technical support to dealerships, conduct technical analysis of market problems and coordinate with the dealerships to achieve desired results.
Qualification: BSC/BE Mechanical / Automotive / Mechatronics.
Requirements: 08-10 years of experience in Automotive After-Sales Operations.
- Automotive Technology Savvy.
- Communication (Oral, written, report writing, presentation).
- Planning, Organizing & Time Management.
- Team work & analytical thinking.
