Manager After Sales / Head of After Sales & Technical Services

Incumbent is responsible for leading the After Sales & Technical services department, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence in the lead-acid and lithium battery markets, as well as inverter systems. This role requires 10 to 12 years of relevant experience in aftersales service, with a strong technical background in lead-acid batteries, lithium batteries, and inverters. The Manager will develop and implement effective aftersales strategies, manage a team of technicians, and ensure timely troubleshooting and resolution of customer issues. A bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field is essential, alongside strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. The position also involves analyzing customer feedback, collaborating with product development to enhance offerings, and maintaining detailed records of aftersales activities to drive continuous improvement and operational success.

Maintenance Engineer – Mechanical

The Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical) with 2 to 3 years of experience is responsible for supporting the maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment and systems to ensure smooth and efficient plant operations. This role involves conducting routine inspections, diagnosing mechanical issues, performing preventive maintenance, and assisting with repairs to minimize downtime. The engineer works closely with senior maintenance staff and other departments to troubleshoot problems, optimize machine performance, and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards. The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in mechanical systems, a hands-on approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and practical experience with industrial machinery are essential for this position, along with a basic understanding of maintenance management systems and safety protocols.

Assistant Manager After Sales & Technical Services

The incumbent is responsible for overseeing aftersales operations and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction within the lead-acid and lithium battery sectors. This position requires 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in aftersales service, with a strong technical background in lead-acid and lithium battery systems. Reporting directly to the Head of Aftersales, the Assistant Manager will address customer inquiries, troubleshoot performance issues, and coordinate repairs and replacements effectively. They will lead a team of technicians, providing guidance and training to enhance service quality. A bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field is required, along with excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach. Additionally, the role involves gathering product performance feedback, collaborating with internal teams to improve product offerings, and maintaining accurate records of aftersales activities.
