KEY ACCOUNTS MANAGER
Responsibilities:
- New customer development and market exploration.
- Achieve sales and collection targets on a monthly/quarterly/yearly basis.
- Attend customer complaints and resolve them.
- Establish rapport and strong relationships with the customers.
- Competitor analysis / Market trend and also monitor customer warehouse.
Requirements:
- Master’s / BBA (Hons) preferably in Sales and Marketing from a well-reputed university.
- Minimum 3 years of Key Accounts or B2B sales experience.
- Having a minimum experience of 1 to 2 years in sales & qualified from a well-reputed university can also apply.
- Designing solutions to resolve issues of customers.
- Ability to analyze market and sales trends, setting targets, and devising strategies for achievement.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
