Position: Deputy Manager Rewards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree with at least 5 years of experience in related field.
• Preferred candidates will have knowledge of market benchmarking and statistical analysis.

Overall responsibilities:

• Execute annual performance management cycle and perform all analytics and calculations for increment & bonus.
• Prepare annual promotions data while ensuring correct employee information is catered as per the policy.
• Responsible for all analytical activities and workings regarding compensation evaluation.
• Coordinate with HR industry counterparts, for benchmarking studies of C&B. Also establish relations with consultants & vendors.
• Coordinate with HRBPs for timely submission of CP related data.
• Lead C&B related audit(s) and ensure timely submission of requirements to audit team.
• Responsible to address all employee related queries and clarity regarding rewards related matters.
• Prepare cost proposals with manager rewards on subsidiary level for board meeting.

Position: Inventory Coordinator (Contractual)

Requirements:

• Bachelors/Masters (Commerce, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Finance).
• 6 years of experience in Warehouse Management with LTV equipment.

Overall responsibilities:

• Plan and manage inventory levels to meet production or operational needs. Monitor stock levels and implement appropriate stock control measures.
• Organize and manage the storage of materials in a safe and efficient manner. Coordinate the distribution of materials within the organization.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory and material movements. Generate relevant reports, analyze data, and provide insights to management on key metrics such as inventory turnover, stock availability, and cost analysis.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and organizational policies, including health and safety regulations. Provide training on SAP functionalities to third-party personnel in D-level meetings.
• Prepare accurate reports and share with management.
• Ensure materials are issued/received on time and meet quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
