JOB TITLE : Supervisor Rotary
REPORTS TO : Senior Engineer Rotary

Job Purpose: Supervisor Rotary will be responsible for ensuring the continuous operation of all rotary equipment by applying all safety measures during and after the execution of plant jobs. This position will be expected to execute and supervise routine plant jobs, preventive maintenance programs, breakdowns, emergency repairs and Turn Arounds.
The incumbent will maintain and cater to the requirements of all mobile equipment inside and outside the refinery.

Education: D.A.E. (Mechanical)
Experience: Minimum Six (06) Years of relevant experience.

Technical Competencies: Maintenance of Rotating Equipment including Diesel and Gas Engines, Permit to Work System, High Pressure Water Jetting, Crane Operation & Heavy Lifting, Project Implementation Plan, Maintenance and Repairs.
Non-Technical Competencies: Interpersonal and Communication Skills, Team Player, Problem Solving Skills, Time Management and Integrity, Adaptability.

JOB TITLE : Executive Engineer
REPORTS TO : Rotary Manager Rotary

Job Purpose: Engineer Rotary will be responsible for all corrective maintenance, predictive and preventive maintenance program, emergency repairs and Turn Around Jobs in consultation with Manager Rotary, while maintaining & ensuring compliance to all safety requirements. The incumbent will maintain and organize all rotary equipment such as steam turbines, centrifugal pumps, and compressors, reciprocating pumps and compressors, fans, gearboxes, diesel and electric generators and mobile equipment. This position will assist Manager Rotary in budget preparation, replacement of old obsolete equipment, discrepancies in material management & stocking, developing and evaluating technical specifications, maintaining liaison with all elements of maintenance and strong coordination with all relevant stakeholders.

Education: B.E. Mechanical
Experience: Minimum Five (05) Years of relevant experience.

Technical Competencies: Permit to Work System, Job Hazard Analysis and Risk Assessment, Knowledge of Operational and Engineering Hazards, Equipment Malfunction and Troubleshooting.
Non-Technical Competencies: Communication Skills, Innovative Thinking, Contractor Staff Management and Teamwork.

JOB TITLE : Senior Engineer Construction
REPORTS TO : Senior Manager Construction

Job Purpose: The primary role of Senior Engineer Construction involves overseeing the construction and repair of storage tanks in accordance with API-650 / 653 Standards which includes supervising the entire process from material selection to project completion, ensuring quality and standards at every step. The incumbent will be responsible for selecting the appropriate materials for tank construction, preparing detailed documentation such as Bill of Quantities (BOQ), tender documents, maintaining inventory, coordinating with contractors and third-party inspectors to ensure the safe and efficient execution of assigned tasks. This position will assist Senior Manager Construction in budget preparation, developing and evaluating technical specifications, maintaining liaison with all elements of tank maintenance and strong coordination with all relevant stakeholders.

Education: B.E. Mechanical
Experience: Minimum Eight (08) Years of relevant experience.

Technical Competencies: Site Management, Survey and Layout, Review Technical Specifications, Retrofitting of Structures, Troubleshooting, Engineering Codes & Practices, OPEX and CAPEX Planning and Execution.
Non-Technical Competencies: Communication Skills, Teambuilding, Contractor Staff Management, IT Skills, Result Oriented.
