- Reflect right volume planning on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis for the category.
- Custodian of investments required to ensure channel wise volumes and brand activations on store level.
- Defines picture of success for the category across channels and geographies.
- Deep dive in channels and geographies to identify potential areas of improvement and help field sales team to improve them.
- Define category growth drivers and work with cross functional teams to bring those drivers to life.
- Develop activation plans for channels and help channel team to do immaculate execution.
- Champions shopper centricity for the assigned category and define necessary interventions to understand and engage shopper.
- Custodian of trade spend while ensuring the right ROI.

A day in the life of Senior Brand Manager Milo
- Driving business targets both topline and bottomline. Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action”.
- Execution of brand activities wearing a business manager’s hat by coordinating closely with the factor supply chain team and category development managers to enable availability while ensuring a dynamic consumer demand.
- Understanding the in-store environment by contributing to the category strategy, influencing desired relative price by providing recommendation to pricing and promotional strategy. Proposing SKUs for key channels and key customers.
- Working in partnership with communication agencies by ensuring all brand communication contributes to enhancing the company image of trusted NHW leader.

- Identification of practical issues concerning plant shutdowns, timing of promotion activity within the DPS period
- Create an optimized replenishment plan for raw and packaging materials to ensure supply of material to production
- Manages directly with the defined supplier the delivery of materials
- Define the stock policy and management approach to be applied to each SKU within their portfolio
- Identification of practical issues concerning material supply and demand for raw and packaging materials
- Involves their suppliers in Supply Chain improvement exercises that creates shared value for both Nestlé and their suppliers Apply
