Quality Assurance Supervisor will be responsible to manage and lead the implementation of QFSE excellence program

Main Responsibilities:

Manufacture Coca Cola Company’s products according to the Company and International Quality Assurance Standards with legal compliance.
Ensure CCBPL/CCI product and Package Quality at all stages from the entrance to the delivery of goods to the customers, Ensure necessary records.
Ensure Compliance with Business Certification regimes of TCCC, QMS, EMS, EnMS, FSMS (Food Safety Management System), Occupational Health and Safety.
Lead & Execute the Employee Facility Training Plan.
Conduct Root Cause Analysis for non-conformances observed at Production Line, During Audits and Customer complaints. Ensure CAP Preparation & Execution.
Ensure Customer Satisfaction with Complaint Analysis, Market Sampling review, Customer and Consumer site visits and meet ups.
Ensure Traceability and demonstrate competence in Microbiology.
Follow & implement Applications for legal compliance in factory and for fulfillment of TCCC requirements.
Lead and Execute Ingredient & Product packaging Trials. Demonstrate competence for addition of new brands, flavors and Packs.
Conduct OE drives for QFSE Excellence in critical improvement areas.

Job Description:

Ensure Secondary SKU wise volume achievement vs targets assigned to enhance Market Share
Rationalize Discounts in the market & use promotion intelligently to achieve company net sales revenue
Create new outlets and retained as per target and area potential to increase Numeric & Weighted distribution
Expand SKU Penetration as per benchmark availability numbers
Ensure that all data in the sales information systems pertaining to his/her area is cleansed, validated and updated on a regular basis
Analyze SFE KPI’s and modify the area route or adjust frequencies to improve Green KPIs for preseller
Accomplish his/her daily planned calls, spend ample time-in-market and coach his/her presellers on 10 step call process
Discuss Execution Scores by outlets with presellers on daily basis & highlight gaps to ensure In-Outlet Execution being carried out by his/her team as per PicOS & RED criteria and all marketing initiatives in his/her area
Monitor and report competitor activity in his/her assigned area and suggest ways to counter them
Supervise/ensure the proper injection and optimal utilization of Company’s Assets in the market i.e. Coolers, Glass, Shell, Signage, Outlet Activation material etc.
Manage In-outlet investment having optimal mix of Discounts, DME, Assets & Activation
Monitoring the efficiency of equipment, increasing cooler throughput & reduce non productive coolers
Responsible for making attempts to recover the cooler as per company procedure in case of missing/disputed cooler
Maintain customer collaboration and relationship with all the customers in his/her area to ensure that they remain loyal
Ensure proper handling of all customer complaints in a timely manner as per company guidelines
Maintain an updated fact sheet on every customer on CCI Zoom
Responsible for tracking & timely settlement of market accounts (Glass, Accounts Receivable, Discounts, DME etc.)

Job Description:

Assign tasks according to work programs to foremen.
Manage implementation of maintenance as per maintenance plan, share daily maintenance activities with Production Manager.
Ensure application of daily, weekly, monthly, annual lubrication and maintenance programs for utility machines.
Ensure that records of failures/stops for machines are kept, search for reasons and develop suggestions/projects to prevent their repetition.
Ensure that all operators are trained to carry out cleaning, lubrication and maintenance of machines under their responsibility.
Perform and impose maintenance activities on planned periods based upon OEM recommendations.
Ensure discipline within plant.
Determine spare’s needs according to maintenance plans and raise purchase requests.
Develop and implement maintenance plans for newly added plant equipment.
Support & facilitate other departments in achieving their targets.
Carry out assignments assigned by seniors (Production Lead / Production Manager / Operations Manager).
Implement Quality, Food Safety and HSE management system.
Implement energy management system, manage utilities’ energy efficiently and monitor plant EnPIs in coordination with MR.
