Position Title: ABM – Pro, BTL and Social Media

We’re looking for a highly-driven and motivated “Assistant Brand Manager” for our Marketing team in Pakistan. If you are looking for a place where you can gain hands-on exposure and have a direct impact, then this may be the place for you!
The ideal candidate will have a track record of managing a brand – comfortable working independently, whilst working closely with the management team. This role will be based in Karachi, Pakistan and will report to the “Head of Brand Marketing & Strategy”.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Pandapro vertical of the business. This includes strategy around subscription, managing the P&L, and communication development.
- Responsible for Influencer marketing campaigns for the entire brand.
- Working on BTL requirements of the company including merchandise, OOH and giveaways etc
- Monthly reporting of social media performance through community management tools.
- Coordinating with Regional and Central Teams over various strategy and execution decisions
Requirements:
- Professional qualification (BBA or MBA).
- Total 3-5 years of work experience.
- Passionate about facilitating Business, exploring new ideas and providing relevant support from Finance end.
- You are comfortable using various tech tools (e.g. Tableau, Google Data Studio, etc.)
- Highly organized and self-disciplined, able to work on multiple projects in a self-structured and well-prioritized way
- Extremely analytical, data-driven & with a keen eye on process improvement
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with a problem-solving attitude is the cornerstone of your personality.
