Management Trainee/HR Officer
Roles & Responsibilities
- Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests
- Assist with orientations and onboarding activities of new hires
- Prepare employment letters, contracts and offer letters
- Maintain records of personnel data (payroll, personal information, employee database sheet, turnover rates etc.) and ensure all employment requirements are met
- Liaise with other departments and/or functions (Finance, IT etc.)
- Upload data on PESSI & EOBI online portals
- Other HR day to day tasks as required by the supervisor
Desired Candidate Profile
- MBA (HR) from recognized University
- 1— 2 years’ experience of a reputed organization
- Must be a computer literate i.e. MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Candidate is required to reside at company residence
