REQUIRED SKILLS
- SHOULD HAVE A MINIMUM TYPING SPEED OF 45 WORDS PER MINUTE
- SOUND KNOWLEDGE OF MS OFFICE INCLUDING MS OUTLOOK
- FLUENT IN ENGLISH (WRITTEN AND ORAL)
- CANDIDATE HOLDING SECRETARIAL COURSE CERTIFICATE WILL BE GIVEN PREFERENCE
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating with heads of departments, regions, managers and other senior executives to ensure that tasks assigned by the Board are completed timely and accurately
- Be able to travel as and when required
- Ensure travel arrangements and visas processing
- Corresponding on behalf of the Board, preparing, summarising, and editing internal and external correspondence including letters, emails and minutes of meetings
- Extend protocol to visitors and manage their travel arrangements and itinerary
- Actively build an effective network of contacts both internally and externally
- Plan, organise and coordinate functions and special events on behalf of the Board
- Maintain files and records in an organised and efficient manner
