Job Description:
Qualification: Preferably Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institute
Experience: 2 – 3 years of relevant experience (preferably in FMCG industry)
Main Accountabilities:
- Prepare timely sales reports, bottom-up data / analysis from distributor/regions in line with Management requirements. Maintain sales history of all regions/zone and distributors. Monthly reconciliation of sales data with region / zonal reports.
- Timely collection and co-ordination for payments from all regions / Distributors in line with objectives. Manage allocated territory and the customer
- Timely communication of Trade Offers & Incentive Policies to all stakeholders including Sales Team, IT, MIS, Finance & Billing Department.
- Coordinate with Admin Department to facilitate Sales Team Members Travelling & Accommodation.
- Coordinates sales forecasting with SCM department & ensure availability & movement of stock in an efficient & effective manner.
- Coordinate with HR department for new hiring & separation of field staff.
- Coordinate with Sales Team & Billing Department for Appointment & Separation of Distributors and Order Bookers along with Submission of All Required Documents including Distributor’s Profiling, Legal Agreements etc.
Competencies and Skills:
- Must possess Strong Communication, Interpersonal & Analytical Skills
- Must possess Strong Negotiation Skills and Persuasive Skills
- Strong command on MS Office
- SAP user
