Hopscotch Pakistan Jobs Regional Sales Manager:
HOPSCOTCH® a kidswear brand operating since 2014, having a presence in the major cities of Pakistan, is looking for a “Regional Sales Manager – Center Region” to join its retail team.
The incumbent will be responsible for the achievement of sales targets, operational optimum levels, and expansion plans set by the management while striving to meet the annual business plan objectives and expectations.
Job Location: Lahore, Pakistan
Traveling: Required
Eligibility Criteria:
· Minimum Bachelors’s from an HEC-recognized university.
· 5+ years of work experience in the fashion retail industry at least 2 years of working experience as an ASM.
· Must have hands-on experience in Retail Pro.
· The ideal aspirant should be:
o Experience in running multi-store networks.
o Expert in retail business models, economics, and strategies.
o Expert in sales, customer service, and retail store operations.
o Knows how to “get things done”. Very strong execution skills.
o Understanding of Pakistan’s retail landscape, demographics, geographies, and locations.
o Team player, ability to train, motivate and manage large teams of people.
o Strong excel, analytical, written, and upward and downwards management skills.
o Strong negotiation, problem-solving, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
o A real go-getter. Need “fire in the belly”. Expertise in process management and running a strong data-driven team.
