Position: Procurement Specialist

Mission Statement: Implement procurement activates at Country procurement for Direct /indirect/Operational categories to ensure lowest cost with highest quality and on time supply to support sustainable profitable growth in line with CCI Vision.

Main Responsibilities

Executing and Governing complete P2P Process at agreed prices for the set suppliers related to the categories managed by the group office or central procurement, following up the operational process, tracking the delivery of POs, tracking the goods receipt and invoice receipt.
Conducting supplier research, obtaining quotes, providing samples, creating orders in SAP, and performing purchases in order to purchase sales center/plant needs for designated spend category. Organizing, tracking and controlling the execution of purchasing process in coordination with other departments.
Ensuring all procurement activates to meet within CCI policies and audit expectations.
Maintain good utilization for procurement tools made available by CCI
Preparing reliable and sustainable cost saving projects, examining and submitting to the agreements related to locally agreed price issues, active participation in central contracting processes.
Create monthly procurement reports in line with Group and supply chain expectations.
To follow the closure of the POs created, to engage in the solution of invoice / payment problems with the supplier, to provide information cycle to the central procurement for the solution of the problem on the issues that are centrally agreed.
In line with the needs, developing/sourcing alternatives constantly to bring new local/global suppliers into the system, to engage in problems with suppliers such as quality, delivery etc., to take an active role in the solution of the problem. Evaluate supplier performances and arrange periodically supplier site visits.
