Position: Legal Executive – Karachi
Job Description
- Drafting & reviewing of Legal Agreements, Contracts, documents and work in coordination with other departments including tax, treasury and revenue
- Familiar with the Commercial and business Law, Civil Law
- Coordinating and negotiating with the End-User, Supply Chain department for finalization of the contracts
- Coordinating with account managers and other stakeholders for the signing of the contract, its distribution and responsible for the contracts administration and archival process
- Reviewing of tenders, RFP on legal aspects
- Preparation of periodical Reports with respect to Legal Department.
- Outline legal and contractual risks in contracts and take effective risk mitigation measures
- Assisting the stakeholders in comprehension/interpretation of contracts and for resolution of issues arising during contract execution
Candidate requirement
- Bachelors in Law
- 1 year of relevant experience
- Good interpersonal and Communication Skills
- Good Command in MS-Office (specially MS Word and MS Excel)
- Strong technical knowledge on all legal aspects involving the company’s activities especially telecom sector
- Ability to work in team and independently
- Proactive towards participation in special projects and initiatives
- High level of integrity
