Position: Territory Sales Executive
Location: Sanghar
Department: Sales
Qualification: Masters/MBA (preferable)
Experience: 2 – 5 years of relevant experience. FMCG Preferred

Brief for duties and skills:

To evaluate the financial credibility of distributors prior to on-boarding
To liaise with distributors to seek flexibility for payment terms for certain shops in order to generate sales and achieve targets
To ascertain implementation of organizational SOPs in relation to distributors
To coordinate with retailers to ensure product availability based on area
To ensure availability and visibility of premium and regular product ranges at all IMT and LMTs
To engage with the LM to break-down yearly targets into monthly targets for the team
To analyze the area history and market potential to assign targets to the sales team
To provide visibility to the direct reports for on-going promotions of products
To ensure the availability of stock to ensure seamless execution of sales procedures
To conduct day-end meetings with the sales team to seek updates on daily targets
