Title : Takaful Operations Officer
Department : Takaful Retail Distribution
Section: Takaful Operations/Coordination
Location: Karachi
Education: Minimum Graduation (Preferably Business Graduate)
Experience: 2 to 3 years in relevant field
Skills Requirement: Effective communication/Efficient coordination & convincing skills/Efficient problem solving and troubleshooting skills/Ability to make decisions/Should have excellent MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point skills.
Job Duties:
- Preparation and Circulation of Daily Business Report to the Management
- Prepare and Circulate Daily MIS to the Bank and sales staff
- Prepare JONX file (deduction file) for required system generated premiums
- To ensure effective coordination with the concerned Bank / Sales staff for timely arranging the required renewals within the grace period
- Prepare weekly persistency reports, agent wise / region wise / bank wise and timely update the same to all sales staff and senior management.
- To ensure effective coordination with the bank for timely deduction of renewals.
- Prepare bank commissions and sales & marketing incentive
