We are looking for a ‘Call Center Agent’ to join our team who will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our customers. He / She will handle customer inquiries, complaints, and support requests, and will work to resolve queries efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Resolving customer complaints/request/queries in the pre-defined TAT.
- Answering incoming calls from clients and addressing their concerns in a professional and efficient manner.
- Following call center “scripts” when handling different subjects.
- Ability to handle high volume of calls/emails
- Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards & guidelines and recommending improved procedures.
- Prepare service standards and policies
- Manage operational activities, process monitoring, local and regional reporting, process mapping, KPIs, etc.
- UAT of call center system development.
