Title: Manager / Deputy Manager Implementation Lead Virtualization & Microsoft Systems
Job Role & Requirements:
- Administer and troubleshoot of VMware Infrastructure i.e., vSphere, vCenter, vNSX, vROPS and SRM at Primary and DR Site
- Administer and troubleshoot Windows Infrastructure at Primary and DR Site
- Administer and troubleshoot Hardware Infrastructure at Primary and DR Site
- Act as escalation point to resolve unusually complex or cross technology incidents
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement virtualization solutions
- Provide 24/7 on-call Level 2/3 technical support to internal and external clients
- Identify software and hardware tools for long terms IT needs
- Plan and execute infrastructure changes and capacity upgrades along with business and technology projects
- Liaise with procurement Manage procurement cycle of purchase of infrastructure projects
- Manage and close infrastructure audit and fulfil compliance requirements
- Lead the Disaster Recovery planning, testing, documentation, and smooth switch over
- Analyze business process workflows within specific systems and issue recommendations for process improvement
