JOB ROLE & REQUIREMENTS:

• Contribute to the overall sales strategy, accelerating strategic partnerships and promoting 1LINK products across key industry sectors
• Build and maintain strong relationship with stakeholders, fintech, and retail partners to support revenue growth and customer satisfaction
• Manage end-to-end sales, from lead generation to onboarding, ensuring compliance with regulatory mandates and seamless integration
• Lead member bank onboarding projects, including end-to-end testing, go-live readiness, and post-implementation support
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth implementation and service enablement
• Identify root causes of delays and collaborate with teams to ensure timely project delivery and service resolution
• Track sales volume and value against annual targets, contributing to financial and strategic performance goals
• Maintain positive client relationships through effective communication, regular meetings, and strategic support initiatives
