JOB ROLE & REQUIREMENTS:
- Research and evaluate opportunities in cross-border payments services for new initiatives in remittances by leveraging partnerships with global fintechs, MTOs, and digital wallets to drive financial inclusion and growth.
- Assist the Product Manager throughout the product lifecycle—from concept, feasibility, and design to UAT, launch, and continuous optimization.
- Prepare product documentations including proposal, product paper, BRD, etc. and design high-level presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify process gaps and ensure timely resolution through cross-functional coordination.
- Support execution of projects, product rollouts, and special initiatives.
- Monitor product performance, customer behavior, and operational efficiency through reports and dashboards to drive data-informed decisions and enhance user experience.
- Manage relationships with existing and new customers across all segments.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
