Hold a Bachelor’s or a Master’s Degree, preferable having Marketing/Sales major.
Have at least 5 years of relevant experience in the FMCG or Telecom Industry.
Implement company policies with regard to Franchise Business Development to increase profitability and routing of distribution officers (DO).
Supervise and be responsible for the sales and distribution team. Provide guidance to improve overall effectiveness of sales and distribution channel.
Motivate and use leadership skills to ensure that team members are geared to work towards common objectives and are rewarded as per performance.
Manage franchise and retail channel by motivating and counseling the concerned and explain the profitability model.
Take steps to achieve sales targets as per defined KPIs at the company, personal and team level.
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
Must have good presentation skills in both Urdu and English
Must be proficient in operating MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Must be Innovative, proactive and be able to work under pressure
Must be self-motivated, flexible and a strong team player
Must have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
