Qatar National Bank Jobs Assistant Branch Manager Role Summary: The role of the Assistant Branch Manager is to ensure the day to day operations and running of the branch are completed efficiently and effectively. Managing the team the Assistant Branch Manager is to ensure customer service standards are adhered to at all times and take full responsibility for the Branch in the Branch Managers absence.
Role Description: Your responsibilities as an Assistant Branch Manager will include strategic planning alongside the Branch Manager, in order for the branch to achieve both service and revenue targets. Managing the day to day branch operations, it will be your responsibility to manage and motivate your team, in order to provide customer service which meets QNB’s high standards. Whilst delivering an excellent front office operation you will also be responsible for ensuring the back office administration is maintained efficiently and compliantly. Maintaining audit files and all administration relating to industry regulations are a key part of the role.
Qualifications: Combining your excellent customer focused attitude with a desire to achieve and over achieve targets you must be a personable and motivated individual. With a minimum of six (6) years’ experience within Retail Banking Operations you should be educated to degree standard in a business or finance discipline. You must have an excellent understand of banking compliance and regulations in the region and the ability to speak both Arabic and English is a pre-requisite.
