Job Title: Sr. Executive Marketing

Job Purpose: To assist in Marketing and Sales activities in Central Region.

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor Subscriber KPIs on daily basis.
• New Product identification and products tracking.
• Support sales team by providing actionable insights.
• Developing Reports and Alerts to ensure effective performance management.
• Assist in Regional marketing operations and promotional drives.
• Periodic and regular analysis to ensure healthy presence of sales channel and supporting visibility.

Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelors degree preferably in Marketing or Business Management

Work Experience:

• Minimum 3-4 years of relevant work experience

Skills – Specific:

• Knowledge of Advance Microsoft Excel, SQL and Data Base Management
• Knowledge of ATL, BTL, digital and social media
• Knowledge of product life cycle & associated concepts and creative concepts execution
• Knowledge of Business intelligence & effective utilization off information in a meaningful, yield-able manner
• Project management skills

Job Title: Senior Executive Business Intelligence

Department: Commercial Planning & Business Support – Central

Job Purpose:

• To support team with main KPIs and numbers
• Development and execution of marketing plan in line with segment strategy
• Identify gaps/new areas for business/category development or revitalization to drive growth
• Support in Geo Marketing tasks including but not limited to network planning & analysis

Job Responsibilities:

• Reporting of Key Marketing KPIs (Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly basis)
• Learning new tools to conduct numerical/statistical analysis to find answers to commercial questions and perhaps most importantly be inquisitive and eager to learn
• Strong analytical and presentation skills
• Marketing analysis of Campaigns/offers and segments
• Discussion with sales teams across Central Region to ensure a collaborated approach towards improvement of KPIs
• Deploying geo marketing tools for network planning and analysis

Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelors degree preferably in Business Administration/ Accounting & Finance/ Engineering

Work Experience:

• Excellent command on excel and dashboard creation
• Hands-on SQL data analysis knowledge
• Know how of Geo marketing tools like Google Earth, KML Creation, MapInfo , global mapper is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office / PowerPoint

Skills – Specific:

• Excellent knowledge related to telecom market dynamics
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a competitive environment
