Position: Senior Executive Training and OD
Qualification: BBA/ MBA HR
Experience: Minimum 02 Years
Location: Karachi
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the OD team to design, implement, and evaluate training programs.
- Utilize analytical tools to assess training needs and organizational development opportunities.
- Develop comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate key findings.
- Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting and appraisals.
- Design and facilitate workshops on leadership development and team building.
- Collaborate with HR business partners to support succession-planning efforts.
- Manage the Learning HUB Magazine project, ensuring timely publication.
Skill:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, especially MS Excel.
- Strong presentation skills.
