1. Executive IT Support (SOUTH) (Enterprise IT & Desktop Support) (01)
Role Summary: Responsible for providing day-to-day IT support for the users, including laptops, desktops computers, wired and wireless networks, software and other internal applications, installation and configuration of hardware and software, and solving other technical problems. Certifications or training of CCNA/MCSA will be added advantage.
Requirements & Eligibility Criteria:
- 1-2 years’ relevant working experience
- Minimum Graduate Degree in Computer Science/IT.
- Microsoft and Cisco Certification would be an added advantage.
Compensation bracket: Rs. 20,000/- to Rs. 25,000/-
