Position: Content Writer & SQA Engineer
Location: Karachi
Education: BS/BE in Computer Science/Engineering
Experience: At least a year in the relevant field
Responsibilities:
- Create, edit, organize and update product documentation with a close attention to detail, consistency, and clarity
- Determine the needs of end users of technical documentation
- Study product and communicate with product designers and developers
- Maintain SVN repository for release documents and videos
- Acquire the understanding of domain knowledge/business logic and prepare functional test cases in coordination with Team Lead
- Report bugs and enhancement related suggestions and verify them to make them ready for delivery and categorization of bugs according to their significance
- Maintain bug reports using the Mantis and release on SVN Server
- Test deployment package for fresh installation as well as for the upgrade.
