Waterlink Group Of Co Jobs Head of Sales: Waterlink Group of Companies is seeking an experienced Head of Sales.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a business plan for the import/export department.
- Set and achieve sales targets and profitability goals.
- Conduct regular meetings with the team to develop sales goals and marketing plans.
- Track and report on sales goals and results.
- Negotiate tariffs, obtain sailing schedules, and prepare selling rates.
- Maintain contact with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Rectify customer complaints and follow up on actions for resolution.
- Prepare and submit departmental performance reports.
- Generate local and international sales leads.
- Maintain healthy receivables and monitor bad debts.
Requirements Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of sales experience, including 3 years in a sales management role in a freight forwarding environment.
