Title: Accounts Executive
Location: Karachi
Responsibilities:
- Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
- Update accounts receivable and accounts payable, issue invoices, and perform reconciliations. Â
- Provide support in the processing of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements according to legal, company accounting, and financial guidelines. Â
- Assist with reviewing expenses, payroll records, etc., as assigned. Â
- Manage financial data in databases to ensure information is accurate and immediately available when needed.
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports and assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the relevant field.
- B.Com/BSc in Accounting or Finance.
- Excellent organizing abilities and attention to detail.
- Sound understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software (e.g., SAP).
