๐๐จ๐ ๐๐๐ฌ๐๐ซ๐ข๐ฉ๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง:
- Accurately record employee work hours, breaks, overtime, and leaves.
- Maintain and update both electronic and manual timekeeping systems.
- Prepare and maintain employee personnel files in accordance with the company checklist.
- Create and manage employee profiles in the HR Management System (HRMS).
- Respond to employee queries related to attendance and timekeeping on a daily basis.
- Address and resolve worker grievances.
๐๐๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ:
- Intermediate/Graduation degree.
- 1-2 Years of experience in HR Operations.
- Must have working knowledge of EOBI and PESSI.
