𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
- Maintain accurate employee records including attendance, leaves, overtime, and personnel files, manage HRMS profiles, handle employee queries and grievances, and update timekeeping systems regularly
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- Graduate with 1–2 years of HR operations experience and knowledge of EOBI & PESSI.
