✨ 𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗣𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲:

As a Manager Finance, you will play a critical role in managing financial strategies, forecasting, and ensuring operational efficiency.

✅ 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 & 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀:

🔹CA / ACCA qualified / part-qualified or equivalent qualification.
🔹4 to 5 years of experience in finance and accounting roles.
🔹Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and industry standards.
🔹Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting.
🔹Advanced MS Excel skills; SAP S4 Hana experience is highly preferred.
🔹Strong leadership, team management, and excellent communication skills.

🔍 𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

🔹Develop and manage financial models, forecasts, and budgets.
🔹Conduct variance analysis and provide insights into financial performance.
🔹Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
🔹Lead the annual budgeting process, including the development of financial goals and targets.
🔹Monitor and report on budgetary performance, identifying areas for improvement.
🔹Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
🔹Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirement.
🔹Liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities as needed.
🔹Manage the company’s cash flow and ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs.
🔹Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes to optimize cash flow.
🔹Analyze and control costs to enhance profitability.
🔹Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency.
🔹Oversee effective control of GRN and unbilled issues.
