Unity Foods Limited Jobs Deputy Manager Treasury:

𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗙𝗼𝗼𝗱𝘀 𝗟𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 is recruiting 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝘂𝘁𝘆 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 – 𝗧𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘂𝗿𝘆 to join our Treasury Department for our office based in Karachi.

𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

Leading & overlooking the daily core treasury activities of the company.
Ensure timely reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
Identify & eliminate loopholes in operations & risk areas to protect the company from exposure.
Monitoring and managing the organization’s bank relationships and liquidity management.
Managing foreign currency exposure and foreign currency payments.
Analyzing various scenarios and risks and reporting to senior management.
Daily cash and Debt facilities management.
Interest rate risk management and development of risk mitigation strategies.
Develop & consistently work on optimal capital structure of the company with prudent suggestions to management on attaining & maintaining the structure.
Prepare funding strategy in line with expectations of all relevant stakeholders whilst accounting for varying scenarios.
Negotiating Long Term & Short-Term loans with prospective lenders to generate financial value add for the company whilst understanding per party implications & relevant regulations.
Develop & maintain strong relations with banks, other financial institutions & global debt providers.
Develop an understanding of global risk hedging solutions inclusive of forwards, futures & swaps & develop volatility curbing solutions.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀:

Qualification: Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree, CFA preferred
Experience: Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience in managing Treasury functions as corporate treasury, bank’s treasury, or bank’s corporate & investment banking.

Sound understanding of accounting principles.
Strong understanding of financial markets, financial instruments, and debt instruments
Knowledge of banking relationships and covenants
High level of attention to detail
