United Bank Limited (UBL) is hiring fresh and experienced individuals as Customer Care Officers. We are looking for committed and passionate individuals who are willing to be a part of the banking service industry.

If you have exceptional written and verbal communication skills; have a can-do service attitude, and have the confidence to undertake a challenge, then this is the place for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries within the standard time, as defined by the management
• Highlight issues and queries faced during complaint resolutions to the respective team supervisors/managers
• Monitor and follow up with the concerned department who is responsible for resolving the complaints and close the same on the Complaint Management & Tracking System

Skills Required:

• Customer focused
• Good communication skills
• Team player
• Adherence to high customer service standard

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Bachelor’s from an HEC Recognized Institute/University
• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply

Timing: Shift based

Location: Karachi and Islamabad
