Main Job Purpose: The primary purpose of the Territory Manager Whitespace position is to integrate the rural agenda aligned with brand JTBDs across all channels in Unilever. The role requires cross functional stake holder’s alignment with field team, brand building, shopper marketing, finance and supply chain teams to ensure smooth delivery of business.

- GUDDI BAJI from MSG Towns (Encourage to Women in Business)
- RURAL VAN for NON-Direct Coverage on Penitential Villages
- FOOD CART encourages to men in Low potential business
Major Responsibilities
- To increase the Rural growth as per ambition/desire.
- Develop plans and strategies for Volume delivery and sustainable growth in the area.
- To Find the new white Spaces with in Geography.
- Ensure implementation of all new Initiatives and category specific plans.
- Training and development of Supervisor / 3rd Party Resource / Rural Team.
- Resource allocation.
- Optimize utilization of IT tools.
- Feedback and suggestion on competitor activities.
- Follow and ensure audit guidelines by UL.
- Ensure weekly sharing of UL Safety discussion points and recommended behaviors through Supervisors.
- Collaborating with our 3rd Party to ensure effective Training to all White Space Projec.
- Support company business development, marketing and outreach activities as needed.
- Coordinating on time stock deliveries with Respective AMs/TMs and Distributors.
- Work with HO team to evaluate project schedules for efficient operations and timely completion.
- Support compilation of internal reports to evaluate organizational compliance and operational efficiency
- Manage database to ensure system reflects accurate project portfolio status.
- Plan and execute competition among beauticians to create engagement among GUDDI BAJI
- Monitoring of reward deliverance to GUDDI BAJI.
- Travel in all project areas extensively and help GUDDI ABJI by giving tips to enhance sales.
- Conducting self-grooming sessions with GUDDI BAJI, to create new ideas/to take initiatives
- Conducted discount coupon activities
