Assure the availability of all wireless CRM/VAS related wireless Application for the business.
Monitor of all requests/ issues logged in the system and assuring their resolution as per SLA.
Bridge the gap between Technology and Business.
Resolve the business complains and coordinating with respective back-office teams for resolution.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

Assure the availability of all Provisioning & Digital Services related wireless Application for the business.
Act as a PoC for identification & rectification of customer pain areas ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Implement support processes and drive continuous improvement for enhanced customer satisfaction.
Ensure incident and problem management within defined SLAs for a smooth complaint journey.
Build and manage support KPIs, work instructions and SOPs.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

To create and maintain tool based automated reports and dashboards infrastructure to serve the reporting and data requirements and visibility of heart beat of organization
This position will primarily be responsible for creating and maintaining reports and dashboards in MicroStrategy, our enterprise BI reporting tool.
It will also be responsible to extend our self-service BI environment and add new sources to it along with enhancing existing sources and new schema modeling.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

Develop Schema to add new sources into MicroStrategy: Undertake end to end MicroStrategy development to improve upon the existing infrastructure and introduce new sources to enrich current reports and dashboards.
MicroStrategy Administration and Operations: Ensure smooth and glitch free operations of BI infrastructure and meet SLAs.
Business User Interaction – Be in communication with business users of all Ufone departments and for their data analysis requirements- Timely response to business queries and requests.
Development of Tableau dashboard for business users which includes Requirement Gathering, Designing dashboards and deployment.

Qualification: Bachelors in Computer Science.
