Job Specification:
- To ensure the effective and efficient delivery of all Technical Maintenance (Mechanical) related activities with significant experience in ensuring smooth/ uninterrupted operations of; RO operations, Rotary equipment, Poly cold units, Overhead cranes, Air compressors, Pneumatic systems etc.
- Responsible for carrying out routine, preventive and corrective maintenance of all electro-mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Ability to positively impact Safety culture by directing, maintaining & enforcing recommended safety programs for the maintenance (Mechanical) department.
- Effectively Lead Maintenance (Mechanical) Team(s), and inspire them to achieve goals through innovation, quality and excellence.
- Initiate and carry out projects that improve efficiency and/or reduce operating costs
- The position reports directly to Senior Manager Technical
