Position Title: Production Shift Engineer

Reporting to: Production Manager
Contract Type: Permanent
Key Accountabilities
- Controlling every stage of production, analyzing current methods and developing incipient ways to preserve steps, time and materials.
- To meet organizational production goals by developing effective ways to utilize resources (Human, Material or Capital)
- Ensuring cost optimization and implementation of good production practices
- Solve problems regarding production quality & productivity and ascertain continuous quality improvement
- Take responsibility for shift man power management, skill development and roster management
- Must held highest standards of ethics and build an inclusive culture within his shift
- Be an adaptive learner on the technology and prepare plant for continuous efficiency improvement
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
- Fresh B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering preferably with1 year of experience in production shift management
- Ability to lead & engage a high performance team
- Be a tech savvy and enjoys learning in digital space
- Good Problem Solving, Root Cause Analysis and Communication Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, Auto cad and other value-added computer tools
