DUAL REPORTING: GM (Pakistan) & CIO (Egypt)
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Manage IT Dept, Data Center, Budgets & Infrastructure
• Implement & Report KPI’s, Corporate IT Policies & SOP’s
• Routine audits of systems/software
• Implement Bridge Trak
• Implementing Web Filtering using WebSense and fort iGATE hardware device
• Manage VPN infrastructure between Pakistan & Egypt and within Pakistan
• Manage VPN infrastructure for client’s CRM application
• Manage VideoCon services using Tandberg VC Unit and Microsoft Lync
• Liaison with ISPs for providing Internet/VPN services at 30 locations
• Manage first line support for Oracle applications different modules including HR/Payroll, CRM, supply chain etc.
• Manage SLAs for different services (VideoCon, Servers, Internet services etc.)
SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
• Effective communication/motivational techniques in managing subordinates
• Excellent problem solving/analytical abilities
• Strong project management skills and documentation practices
