Job duties:
- Control OSP activity for smooth operation of customers GPON link deployments.
- Control ISP activity for smooth operation of customers GPON link deployments.
- Dispatch and plan of ISP team for GPON link deployment as per SOP and TAT limit and make sure that the done work is as per standard.
- To maintain customer’s complaint log and take necessary action to resolve these complaints and update CS accordingly.
- Supervision of Contractors during the GPON OSP Development/ ISP Developments
- Coordination with maintenance teams to ensure that all pre-defined standards are being met in terms of GPON OF deployment and integration
