๐น Oversee network performance, troubleshooting, and optimization.
๐น Act as an escalation point for customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
๐น Manage deployment and maintenance of monitoring, analysis, and reporting tools.
๐น Ensure maximum network availability and service performance.

๐จ๐ซ:

BS/MS in Networks, IT, or Computer Science.
โ
4โ5 yearsโ experience in ISP or Telecom roles.

Expertise in BGP, OSPF, MPLS, QoS, and Firewalls.

Strong leadership and documentation skills.
