𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
✅ Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in IT Application operation, Call Center, IT Support or digital transformation within telecom
✅ Strong expertise in enterprise IT infrastructure, applications, and planning processes
✅ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for IT support and call center systems
