Career Opportunity: Assistant Manager Medical and Claims

We are Pakistan’s first and only direct insurance company to pioneer contact center and web-based services, allowing customers to interact and retrieve progress on their insurance policies and claims.

We are looking for the services of energetic, enthusiastic and result-oriented professionals for the position of Assistant Manager Medical and Claims :

Assistant Manager Medical and Claims will be responsible for providing comprehensive reports on approved and rejected health claims as per the company’s guidelines. He/she will be responsible for appropriate correspondence with the corporate departments of hospitals, manage medical hotlines, and ensure effective client facilitation through the team which includes the Customer Service Center and a team of medical staff. He /she will also provide input on strategic decisions that affect the business unit and suggest process improvements.

The ideal candidate should be a Bachelors’s or Master’s Degree with at least 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in Claim Administration. Additional certification in MBBS, FLMI, CII will also be preferred.
