The company’s Customer Relations Department is dedicated to addressing inquiries, complaints, and suggestions from customers.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relations Executive at Toyota Airport Motors in Lahore. The candidate will be responsible for managing client relations and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication, problem-solving, and customer service.
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
Strong Interpersonal Skills and ability to build relationships with customers
Experience in Client Relations and ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints
High focus on Customer Satisfaction and ability to resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner
Excellent Communication Skills and ability to convey information clearly and articulately
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other departments
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field
Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
