Salary: Up to 80,000 PKR
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree or diploma
- 4-5 years of experience in restaurant management
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a diverse team
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations
Job Description:
- Manage daily restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory control
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences by upholding high standards in food quality, service, cleanliness, and hospitality
- Monitor budgets, control costs, and drive sales to achieve or surpass performance goals
- Maintain a safe and compliant workplace, adhering to all health, safety, and food quality standards
